The Role of the Electoral College in U S Presidential Elections
The Constitution assigns each state a number of electors equal to the combined total of the state’s Senate and House of Representatives delegations; at present, the number of electors per state ranges from three to 54, for a total of 538. The talk will be available beginning in October for presentation to organizations, classrooms, and institutions such as nursing residences and community centers.

Presentation to the Public
The new LWV Voters Service presentation, Understanding the Electoral College, is the first in a series of proposed public information presentations to be created by Voters Service volunteers. If your class or organization would like to have this presentation, contact the League of Women Voters.
A public presentation is currently planned for September 7 and 14th at Texas College. Presentations may be performed by Voters Service volunteers for community organizations, classrooms, and institutions, as requested.
